Team Beddini’s Valerio Lata Wins the Opening EMX250 Round in Spain

It was Beddini GASGAS Factory Juniors’ Valerio Lata who showed great character throughout the weekend to win the overall and take the Red Plate at the EMX250 opening round in Spain.

Race 1. After some lap Valerio Lata was in 3rd position following the two riders in front of him, then he kept improving along the way and got up to 2nd. Things were going to get even better for Lata who got the best of the leader to ride through to a solid victory.

Race 2. Valerio Lata was 4th and very much in the mix to win the overall but he fell down in a corner and found himself in 8th after a couple of laps. The Italian made a good charge and showed composure after his crash to quickly moving up to 4th. The Italian also showed tremendous speed as he clocked the fastest lap of the round and reduce his large gap with the leaders.The last two laps were something over rollercoaster of emotions as Lata moved up to 2nd after an impressive comeback becoming in the end the big winner of the day.
