DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (March 5, 2023) – Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Chris Blose claimed his best finish of the season at Daytona International Speedway, crossing the finish line in seventh. The unique circuit inside the famed race track was a test of speed and endurance with Blose coming out with a season-best finish and moving up to ninth in the championship standings.

The rider out of Arizona started the day fine-tuning his Kawasaki KX250 and clocked in the 10th-fastest time in qualifying. In his heat race, Blose started seventh and worked his way up to finish fifth. The main event saw Blose get a great start in fourth. He was running in the top five when he made a mistake and fell back to 13th. Not one to give up, Blose made an effort towards the top 10 and was able to make it up with seventh for his best finish of the season.

“It was a good day overall,” said Blose. ”The track was constantly changing and it made for a tough race. Other than the one mistake, I was able to find a good flow on the track and I’m happy to see progress every week. I’m looking forward to Indy.”
