EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (April 19, 2025) – Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Seth Hammaker became the first multi-race winner of the 2025 Eastern Regional 250SX Championship, capturing a commanding victory at MetLife Stadium and earning the red plate outright for the first time in his career.

Hammaker kicked off the day with authority, logging the fastest qualifying time in the 250SX class. He carried strong momentum and visible confidence into the day and capitalized on the dry track conditions to lay down consistent lap times.

In his heat race, Hammaker rode strong, securing second place and building momentum for the main event. When the gate dropped for the main, Hammaker launched into an early battle for the front, making a pass for the lead and holding off pressure during the opening laps. As the race progressed, he steadily extended his lead, securing his second win of the season.

With this victory, Hammaker not only stood atop the podium in East Rutherford but also took sole possession of the red plate, now leading the 250SX Eastern Regional Championship standings for the first time in his career.

“It was a good day here at MetLife,” said Hammaker. “Took fastest in qualifying, then P2 in the heat behind Nate—he was riding well, but I felt solid. Got a great start in the main, passed Nate at the end of the rhythm lane and took the lead, which was key. He pressured me for a bit, but I found my lines, settled in, and started clicking off good laps. Navigated through lappers well and started jumping the whoops, which helped. Super pumped to get the win and finally have the red plate—great to do it close to home with family and friends here.”

With three rounds remaining in the 2025 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship, the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki team will remain on the East Coast and head to Pittsburgh for Round 15.
